I went here this morning and it was the worst experience. I ordered a coffee and the cup was literally cut in half at the bottom... causing my coffee to go everywhere in my cup holder and all in my car. Whenever I came back to let someone know one girl wasreally helpful and offered another cup, but the other girls stood there complaining about other customers and being completelyrude. It made me a little uncomfortable. I will not be returning here. Read more

every single time i have gone to this dunkin my order is wrong?.. every single time. other locations are always amazing but this... one always has bitter old rancid tasting coffee, if you order cold foam they won?t put it on, i shouldn?t have to taste mycoffee before pulling off to make sure you?ve made it right when all it is is hitting buttons!!!!!! what my coffee was supposedto look like & what it actually looked like Read more

Rude employees! Caught an attitude when we asked about donut flavors. They were also rushing us. They were out/didn't have of a... bunch of stuff. Like donut flavors we really wanted and drinks we have had before. They talked to us like we didn't knowanything. Super unpleasant and unprofessional. Would not recommend. Read more

If you like Dunkin? like I do save your self some disappointment and only to go this location in the morning/afternoon. If you... go at night they are going to let you order off the menu and keeping saying we are out ,until you finally ask what do they haveleft. Then she?s going to say we only have icecream & coffee left 30min before closing time !!! If you don?t want to make meany food just close early!! After 9 just go to Starbucks ??!! & Don?t even get me started on the giant banana spider ????covering the menu board!! Lol Read more

When we come to Warner Robin's we usually try and stop and grt a few things whilke there. When we pulled in we noticed right... away the parking lot had some trash on it. We walked in and few people were sitting at tables. No one acknowledged when wewalked in or walked up to the counter. We were able to leave and one young lady asked what could she get us. They were out of alot donuts already. Thought would they have more of a selection to pick up. We bought a bakers dozen of different ones. We alsobought to cups of ice cream. They were very low on the ice cream too. We were very disappointed. Didn't take any pictures tipost. We will stop in again, maybe. Read more

Worst service ever! Employees are rude and unprofessional. At the drive thru window they told me they were out of turkey sausage... for the croissant so I just asked for a refund because I?m severely allergic to pork and I am Muslim . Once she asked for themanager they said they found the turkey sausage so I waited and the croissant was pork meat.. so I had to go inside to get arefund. This could of been a lawsuit. Read more

Love the coffee and donuts except at this location. They need to improve on their donuts quality, and now their coffee quality.... I've been to other locations and when I order vanilla cream filled, and they are full of cream, Not this location. I will not becoming back, Seriously going downhill here. Today, 7/2/22, my coffee I got and checked out when I got home had curddled creamand was literally un-drinkable. Read more

Stood in here for the better half of 30-45mins, it?s super slow. I stood waiting for my drinks for 20 mins alone (this does not... include when I had to wait to pay or for my refund) waited on 2 drinks and after 20 mins I asked when I was going to receive myorder and I was told ?I?m not sure when they?re going to be made? by an employee. They were making multiple drinks for drivethrough in that time but didn?t really take care of drive through either. Their last inspection score got an 84. On top of thisemployees had multiple personal drinks sitting out. Someone?s drive through order was made and sat for 20mins before they evermade it to the window. Also some staff were wearing masks the wrong way and some wore none at all. In the end I waited thebetter half of an hour and walked out with a refund, don?t waste your time here. Read more
