We love Chili's in the Atlanta area and was excited they opened one here in Warner Robins. Our first time at this location,... walked in on a Friday evening and was promptly seated. The waitress greeted us within a few minutes to take our drink order,ordered water and a bar drink. The bar drink was served quickly but we had to ask for the water several times. After our foodorder was taken, my wife also ordered a side salad, which is usually brought out before the meal. After waiting 55 minutes, wewere about to leave but our food arrived, including the salad. Did I mention that the waitress was basically non attentiveduring the entire process?!? Couldn't even get drink refills. Finally when we were finishing up, two young ladies came over tocheck on us, I appreciated the effort. Then our initial waitress shows up to give us the bill and apologizes for not beingavailable (watched her throughout the evening talking with others). I will say our food was good but this location really needssome training in customer service. No, they were not short handed as I saw plenty of employees. I forgot to mention that ourwaitress did have a co helper who was also non existent after the initial greeting. Read more
The restaurant was clean and not super crowded. Staff were very diligent to wipe tables and chairs down good after each party... left. The food was cooked well and hot. Our server was attentive but not overly so. Read more
Really a disappointment especially it being my first time ever to a Chili's. The food was bland, and not great at all. The fried... pickles were probably the best thing we had. The service is super slow. The waiter was super friendly, but it looked overallstaff was slow but they looked fully staffed. Took forever to have our order taken (drinks and all) and took about 8 minutes toget our drinks alone. Just expected more. Read more
The food was absolutely amazing and I was pleasantly shocked at the quality of food with the great prices. They have a pick... three that you can chose an apparizer (or side) and an entree with a drink for $10. You can?t beat that!! The service wasamazing, the server was very polite. Also the servers all worked together to make sure all customers had refills on theirbeverages at all times. Read more
Absolutely enjoy Chili's. The chips and dip are always yummy. I like it when the chip is freshly done (hot) and thin. Street... corn is always amazing!! Baby back ribs and brisket were amazing. I ordered a rancher bacon burger. It was not very good. The burger was cooked well done. Not served with ranch. They forgot my... order of curly fries. The burger didn?t have strips of bacon, but burnt bits of bacon. The fries tasted like the were made inold grease. Not a good experience for chili?s the brand. Read more
