They had a score of 100 A... That doesn't mean that they have good customer service. The girl that took our order seemed a... little stressed but at least she was trying to be nice. She was busy, we got that totally. She got the order wrong on threeitems. No big deal. We understood and said that we understood and it was ok. The order wasn't the problem. The customer serviceon the other hand... That was a whole other subject. We got to the window to pick up our order. We kindly mentioned we noticedsomething that wasn't right. The girl said, that's what I have on my end. We said, don't worry about it, it's ok. Then, the girlwent to get her manager. For what, I don't know. I asked for a water. That was an ordeal. First, the girl says, I think thatcosts $1. So, I go to get money out. The manager says, what's she trying to do now?! I respond, I'm trying to get water. Themanager says, you'll have to go back around because we don't have a register over here. Ok, fine, that's what I'll do. But thenshe gets the water anyway, hands it out the window and starts to walk away. I say, thank you! Wow... I am stunned. If you don'tthink you hear the order correctly, ask. If you get something wrong, fix it. It's that simple. When you have a customer that isworking with you and not being rude or cussing you out, please them and say have a nice day! It's not that hard. I don't thinkwe'll be going back. I try hard to be nice to these guys, I KNOW how hard their job can be. Return the kindness. Read more
Ordered a whopper with cheese, got a whopper without cheese. The chicken fries taste like they was made hours ago and warmed up... in a microwave, no crunch at all. Staff/service was straight tho. Read more
We were asking about a new item that is being sold in Burger King restaurants. Staff was super rude and were laughing and... pointing at us. The Royal Honey Butter chicken sandwich is a real item, but only being sold in select markets at this time.Would have been a much better answer. Very disappointed in service waited 5 minutes to get .20 change. Read more
