I drove to Bojangles in Warnerrobins GA on Highway 96 ordering from the drive thru today. Their chicken and biscuits were hard... and old when I tried to eat it. I called back to Bojangles to complain about how their food taste. The People there were veryrude and unprofessional they wouldn't help me. I asked why did you give me that hard chicken and mostly wings. One of themanagers hung up in my face and she told me she couldn't help me. I had to drive 20 minutes back to Bojangles they didn't offerme anything I had to wait another 30 minutes for chicken while they were talking and playing being very unprofessional nocustomer service at all. Update 2022/09/24 Forgot to take the paper off the sausage before they cooked it, then they put in the biscuit. They'll forget... about you. In the drive thru, if they ask you to pull forward, you're going to be waiting 20-30 minutes in the parking lot whilea mile of other customers come and go. Just ask for a refund then and there instead of being forgotten. Read more

On 09/12/22 at 9:56 am I went to Bojangles on hwy 96. I go to this restaurant everyday getting breakfast on my way to work. Well... on Monday I placed my order at the drive thru like I normally do and preceeded to the window to pay. When I got to the window Itold the cashier that I didn't want a medium drink I wanted a small because I rarely finish my drink. I know this manager isnew. I'm not sure if she's a shift leader or a manager but she immediately jumps into the conversation with a rude andunpleasant attitude saying she pays for a medium drink everyday so what is her problem. I told the shift leader that I waste thebiggest of my drink so I want a small. She said well we don't have any small cups so you have to get a medium. I told this rudeIndividual not to get an attitude with me about the way I want to spend my money. This incident did it for me. I go to thusrestaurant everyday but not anymore if rude employees feel the need to address a valued customer in this tone. I will gladlytake my business somewhere else. Best boberry biscuits EVER! So buttery crispy on the outside and flaky fluffy on the inside. Each and every bite mad our eyes... roll in the very best way. Employees are also the best EVER! Management needs to do whatever they can to keep these youngpeople. Kind, polite, considerate and hard working. Kudos to each of you! Read more

Bought a $47 dinner and the chicken looked like it had been kept warm for hours, all discolored. They forgot to give us our... sauces and got one of our sides wrong. They also made us park for about ten minutes before bringing out our order. Probablywon?t be going beck there anytime soon. Read more

Bad customer service on the morning of 8/07. With at least five ppl in the kitchen that we were previously told that we?re... working on the same order , no one acknowledged our existence in the dining area. Gentleman even told another customer ?I?m notready for you yet? as he approached the register to order. Whoever was managing that shift should have better ways to handlesituations as this. Read more

They were really nice, they forgot to turn on the fryers and they were very good about communicating how long it would take our... food and even provided coupons for our next trip to them. They are all very sweet and hard working and do care about the serviceyou receive. My food came out delicious too. Read more

Out of food. Not a great selection on drink. The day we went in there. Which was on a Sunday. Bojangles was out of the 2 piece... dark chicken. Which I preferred. And you don't carry any zero drinks. Being a diabetic, I can't have sugar in my drinks. Read more
