Poor service. Pouring down rain, nothing is covered so you get soaked both when you order and get your food. Served drinks with... no ice. Had us pull forward away from the window to wait for our food. We waited 20 minutes until we tried to go inside, thedoors were locked but the signs say the dining room is open. Guy finally comes to the door and signals us to back up to thewindow so he could give us our food while there was another car there. He wouldn?t bring it out to us, so we had to get out inthe rain and get our food- which is now cold. Read more
Went here several times over a four year period. Dining room is a dump where I have had transients beg for money while trying to... eat. Order was wrong more often than not. Workers are too lazy to clean or maintain the shake machine so just say it's out oforder. Broken every time over a four year period? I'll believe in an honest politician before I believe that. Service barelydeserves the name. Usually some bored or annoyed individuals who seem irritated you're speaking to them. Food I received todaywas cold and partially undercooked. Final straw came when I asked to get a cherry pie at the window as I forgot to ask at thespeaker and was told unlike every other fast food place on the planet they couldn't add it, and the only way to order it was todrive back through. This place is a dump. The employees are lazy, rude, and lie. Their prices are way too high to be putting upwith that kind of behavior. I'll be going anywhere else from now on. Edit: Oh, and thanks for the canned reply. I filled outyour complaint form and judging from the dozens of other negative reviews, I will wait anxiously by the phone for your expedientcall from someone in a foreign country to ignore my complaints in person. I have been all over the USA and this is by far the WORST Arby's I have ever had the displeasure to order food from. The curly... fries were clearly burned, the fryer oil clearly hasn't been changed in the last 10 years, and they drowned my Beef and Cheddarsandwich in Arby's "sauce". Who the hell puts Arby's sauce on a Beef and Cheddar???? What a complete waste of money. I'll neverreturn to this establishment. Read more
I was craving a French dip and we made our way to the Arby's on Watson. This building is old and tired. The building itself... could use some love. The staff were super friendly and very kind. The food was hot and fresh. Other than the condition of thebuilding and the dining area needed cleaning, all else was good. Read more
Order a half pound Arby's roast beef and cheese sandwich, end up getting a chicken sandwich, go back for what was actually... ordered... yall charged that much extra for that much cheese? Yeah... never again. Read more
Came here and gave this place a 4 star review due to the coupons we got and the fresh food we recieved. Had to delete that... review after me and my wife got 4 roast beefs, 2 curly fries, and 2 cheese sauce cups....The total? Almost THIRTY FIVEDOLLARS!!! Also, the sandwiches were good but the fries were soggy and cold and tasted like they were in old oil. Plus, the guyat the drive thru was all polite with the person in front of us asking them if they wanted an extra apple pie, sauce, will thatcomplete your order etc...US? NOPE. took our order then asked about sauce. "Okay pull up to the window" in his exact words. Then only giving 5 sauce packets for 35 bucks worth of food. Sorry but Arbys lost my business. And why not able to givefeedback on the receipt for atleast a discount on the next visit like ALL the other fast food chains?
