Terrible customer service. Stood waiting at the ice cream counter which shares the subway space for the 5 minutes an employee... swept the entire floor without acknowledging me. Once they finished sweeping the floor they were kind enough (sarcasm) to let meknow the ice cream counter was closed. Read more

Had an unusual morning. Didn?t have meals made and worked to late the night before to prep anything. Decided I would grab a sub... to get me through the workday. 7:30Am opening time is what google said so I made sure I was there for 7:30am as I leave justbefore 8. On arrival all the lights and open sign were off. At 7:35 an employee walked up unlocked the door and then relocked itbehind him. At 7:40am I left. Seeing as how all the lights were still off and surly no preparations had been made to helpcustomers. This type of laziness is a stain on today?s society and work force. People need to work hard and do the best theycan. Or at least show up on time and offer a half decent display of professionalism. The manager at this location clearly haslittle care about keeping their word ( opening on time and being ready.. ) or just doing the best they can. I?m sure along withthis is poor food storage and cleanliness. As we all know lazy people are lazy everywhere. Won?t be going back. Read more

Do not go here. Customer service was not good. Also as a general note, Subway needs to make coupons that are actually deals,... instead of charging me literally more for a sandwich than it would be normally because of some small print b.s. Read more

I used to like this place but the staff has made it no good to go to. Got coupons in the mail today, took family to eat . Wife... wanted a rice bowl... They were out of rice, got subs instead .. 2 staff standing side by side... One staff said we will takethe coupons... Ordered 2 subs, the second staff wouldn't take coupon, said it was only good online... We paid full price, and Ithrew the coupons in the garbage... So unhappy with the way we were spoken too about coupons we got in the mail today.... Whywould they send coupons in mail if they're only good online... Either way.... I won't go back ... I like subway... And would behappy to drive to another city before I ever step into this store again. Read more

Probably the worst subway I've been to. The girl that works here is terrible at her job. Has no people skills, and makes a... horrible mess of your sandwich everytime. Won't be back. Read more

The rudest Subway person we've had. She got mad when my wife asked for a different bun that wasn't burnt. Never seen burnt buns... at Subway before. She threw everything on the bun. She got upset when we asked for more vegetables. Will unlikely return to thislocation. In these times there is far more options where you don't have to put up with people like this. Read more

Food is fine. Horrible customer service. The young guy working there acts like he does not want to work there, mocking what you... want or don't want on a sub. Then throws on toppings in a rude manner not even trying. Read more

Food was fine, the employee making the sandwich was fast and courteous; however, the employee at the checkout did not listen... whatsoever, nor did he ask for clarification (which is fine!! Even appreciated, because I know he's trying to get things right).I ordered a 6inch sub with a cookie combo (2 cookies + 20oz drink), and he gave me the wrong cookies and forgot entirely to giveme a drink cup!!!
