Girls at self checkout horrible tonight, 10/18/22 9pm. Forgot my debit card and asked young girl if i can leave cart here while... i go get my debit card. She did not acknowledge me, I asked a few times, and said, ok, I'll be right back. I come back, cartgone! I asked where it was and she and another girl played stupid knowing the items were returned.... using excuses, "I was onbreak, I don't know" "Oh we're closing so put it back, etc. etc" The girls are clearly not good candidates to work with people.They obviously have zero customer service skills. She had a smug grin on the entire time and I ended up telling her it was theworse customer service ever!!! To her it was almost like a joke! and when i left the second time with my groceries, I told herterrible customer service --- she literally shooed me out of the store!!! I got shooed out of Shoprite by a disrespectful teen! UNREAL. The manager said he would take full responsibility for my cart being returned --- but the point is not the retuneditems.... the girl never even apologized and continued to be rude. Grinned like it was funny! I immediately thought, sheprobably had to know someone to get the job. I've been shopping at Shoprite since it opened in 2008. I will not be returninganytime soon, and I will seriously find a new pharmacy as well, just to avoid shopping at this store. The store is not thesame since new owners took over. Read more
Last weekend we had our gender reveal! A baby girl ???? the bakery department did such a good job! It look and tasted amazing !
Horrible since new ownership. No more store-baked goods, and the replacement from Dearborn Farms is of lesser quality, is less... fresh and costs way more. Sub sandwiches have almost doubled in price and they can't even get the order right. Another thingthat has doubled in price is their prepared foods like fried chicken or roast chicken. Lidl and Walmart are looking better everyday. Read more
I used to LOVE this store! Now it is a horrible experience every time I shop. Deli department is terrible for service. Things... are not priced, so you have to go to customer service repeatedly to find out how much they are charging for items. I am sodisappointed with the deterioration of this location. The recent changes are not for the better. Read more
Quality and quantity of produce has deteriorated since new management has taken over. Also many items out of stock( everyone... blaming covid) this excuse is getting old. Employees don't seem to know where things are and they all claim they are new. Placeneeds a good cleaning and sprucing up. Hope it all gets resolved. Read more
