Unfortunately due to covid the inside dining is closed and we are passing through pulling a camper so we can not fit through the... drive-thru! I noticed the sign "curbside pickup available " so I called to try several times and get details for placing anorder. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!!! We ordered 3 double cheeseburgers, only mustard and cheese, 1 single cheeseburger no ketchup. We were asked to pull into the... adjoining parking lot so the car behind us could pull forward. After we told them we'd rather wait there, they were quite rude.Then all the burgers were double cheeseburgers with mustard, cheese, and pickles. Put everything on my burger when I asked for plain, gave me an extra burger, extra fries, but no extra drink, and charged me for... all of it. Also fave my sister 8 piece instead of 10 piece chicken nuggets and did not give her the sauce she asked for. Willnot be eating there anytime soon Read more
Went there at 9:20 pm on 3-31-19 the service was horrible, there was nobody there and it took almost 20 min to get my burger... meal. I finally had to ask them if they could please finish my food cuase they were joking and talking with my burger opened upjust sitting there. How the owner can run a successful business here is unimaginable, also had to search for a cleantable......and soda machine out of order but they did not tell me when they gave me the cup, till i came back and told them,then they laughed and said opps forgot and then proceeded to fill my drink behind the counter. Absolute Terrible Service! We were not greeted at the speaker, the first, nor the second window. We received MAJOR ATTITUDE... simply because we asked for a 6piece instead of a 10piece. I worked over 6years at Burger King, providing the customers withexcellent service and being a great face for the company. I now work for the government providing the same wonderful customerservice! It?s getting out of hand dealing with these rude fast food workers whose behavior is tolerated by Management. I willalso be completing a survey online for this store! This needs to be fixed! Was so excited when we got BK in our town. But after only a few months the service has dropped to an all time low. Three times... in a row my order has been wrong. After the third time I quit going for a couple of weeks. Went there today and my order wasmessed up worst than ever. All I require is a burger with no Mayo nothing too difficult. But today it was the wrong burgerwith mayo and no fries in the bag. I noticed the lack of fries first and went back and was given fries,no big deal. Then Iunwrap the burger to find it is not the Whopper I ordered and it had mayo. What happened to "have it your way"? If this hashappened to me this many times I know it has happened to others.
