It was our first visit to the Side Rail. We had the Bacon burger, Classic burger and a Cuba sandwich. As well as the pull pork... Nachos and Mac and cheese. We all enjoyed our meal. Our medium well burgers had a nice char on the outside and were perfectlycooked inside. We were a little hesitant on the Nachos, but we were pleasantly surprised. Tried the Side Rail out for my Sister's Birthday last night. Luckily we called ahead since we had 9 of us (reservations highly... recommended) so we didn't have to wait. Food was awesome & the service was even better!!! The only downside is there is verylimited parking so be prepared for a little walk on the weekend. The Cuban Fries or Pretzels & Beer Cheese are tasty appetizers.The Geronimo Burger?was my choice entree and it did not disappoint. Give them a try ???? Read more
Very good food and atmosphere. Our waitress was Awesome. I would recommend you call ahead and make a reservation. We went on a... Friday night and waited roughly an hour and a half to be seated. We didn't know they took reservations. Will definitely go back,they have so many great choices on the menu to try. Read more
Terrific food in a cute little town! We were passing through and saw the reviews for this place and knew we had to eat lunch... here today. So glad we did! French onion burger with ?sidewinder? fries was KILLER! Pulled pork nachos were terrific and a musthave! Service was impeccable! There were only 2 servers (and a trainee) yet, the filled restaurant was taken care of in recordtime. We will be driving back up from Northern Kentucky again just for this place! Read more
Food was absolutely delicious! The sauerkraut balls had a good blend of sausage, onion, and sauerkraut and the sauce was a great... compliment. The burgers were exceptionally tasty, perfectly done and not overwhelmed with toppings. Service was friendly andattentive. We will definitely be back! Read more
The food here is excellent and far exceeds what other places in the area offer. If you're looking for a good sit-down place,... this is definitely it. They only offer burgers, sandwiches, and a few seafood meals. However, everything we ordered was ofexceptional quality. This is definitely the best meal I've had in a long time. The restaurant wasn't super busy at the time wearrived, and food was served fairly quickly. The price was pretty normal for a sit-down restaurant and wasn't super expensive.The restaurant also has a nice atmosphere, but it was a little loud at times. We got the sidewinders (fries) as an appetizer andit was the best fries I've had. The sidewinders were prepared very differently from other fries and it was delicious. Side Rails has a very good Hamburger selection. Had some good draft selections. The customer service was very good. It's nice to... see a place where the staff is able to fit the customer ratio. I would rather see staff available than not enough to cater totheir customers. Newer establishment. Their saurkraut balls were awesome. It's a great small town Pub, where you can get gourmethamburgers instead of just pizza. You can see they want you back, by how the staff treat you and how good the food is. Read more
