This shop was clean and well stocked with to go items that you can pickup and pay for very quickly. The help has always been... very polite, friendly and helpful. This particular store is my go to store when I need a Birthday Cake made out of ice cream. Read more
Worse customer service. We order cakes at this place all the time. We went today to order cake for my daughter?s birthday and we... brought a picture to be copied on cake. We knew it was short notice because we needed for the following day. The owner said noproblem but let us know next time to let them know sooner and we agreed. All of a sudden some young kid owners son comes fromback said if was up to him he wouldn't do it. The owner tried to tell son that we are good customer but after this display ofdisrespect we decided to ask for our money back and went somewhere else. On 3 different occasions this Summer and Fall, I ordered Chocolate soft serve cones and on all 3 occasions got back soupy,... melted and in cold cones. I was told by Owner/Manager that machine is old and it comes out that way sometimes. Never onceoffered my money back for the 6 cones but one time did offer a new cone?
