Reviews for Viva La fiesta Mexican restaurante in Wamego, KS
If you go to this place go for drinks. The chips and dip is decent. But the burritos & tacos need work. They are going for more... of a bar vibe than anything from what I can tell. They are friendly so 4 stars. Read more
A great addition to the Wamego dining community! Staff are pleasant! Chicken Chimichanga is my favorite with cheese dip!
This restaurant is honestly artwork. You have to see it for yourself. It's gorgeous on the inside & you'd never guess that... from the outside. Prime example of why not to judge a book by its cover. The food is delicious as well. Definitely try itout!! Read more
The chips needed salt, we cardboard like and bland. The salsa was great though. Had a 44oz lime margarita which was pretty good... for $12. Philly cheese burrito was great. Smither s in queso, big chunks of steak and full of flavor. Queso with sausage...Yep, make it happen every day. The service was very quick and friendly. The decor was very interesting and festive. Nottypical for a town in Kansas. Go there! Read more
Decent food. I was disappointed that it's the exact same menu as Manhattan. Someone told me it was a new Mexican restaurant so I... was looking forward to new food items not the same as in Manhattan. Server was super busy but did a good job. Food was good.Just not what I was looking forward to. Atmosphere is that same look as all Mexican chains these days. Would have given fivestars but chips were very over cooked and stale which is disappointing for a Mexican restaurant Read more

Good food, large portions, above average prices, especially compared to La Hacienda in Wamego. Great decor and service. Nachos... are gargantuan. We ate with 4 people, $56 tax included and 3 pops. We got the nachos, #10, Speedy Gonzales and Chimichanga, ranging from $8.50-12.75 per dish. Soda was $2.50. We'll come again for sure. Read more
I had their combination taco, burrito, and something else. It tasted great, and the price was reasonable. They had nice... tropical colonial motif paintings all over their walls and ceilings, that was great too. Read more
