We have experienced an issue with the online app where we go to process the payment and it gives us an error, it still takes the... money from our account but the order doesn?t go through. We?ve brought this up to our Subway in Wamego multiple times and theydo nothing about it. They say we have to wait for the money to return to our account. This makes so we can?t use the app and usethe coupons on there. This happened again this evening. The phone showed busy so we could not get ahold of anyone. We decided togo in and there was nobody in there and no employee on the phone, so not sure how their phone was busy. We asked why this keepshappening and the employee stated it?s because when it?s busy. There was NOBODY in there and they were not making any orders. Ifthis is a known issue, it needs to be fixed as it is taking the money from our account at that time. We asked if they couldhonor the coupon for us to use and he said no we have to use the coupon online. Absolutely horrible service and something needsto be done. They do not care at all and did not seem to care to even try and help or apologize at all. Read more

As I was in line, the employee behind the counter turned around and sneezed all over the back counter and toaster oven, without... covering his mouth. After sneezing, he went right back to work making sandwiches without washing his hands, changing hisgloves, nor washing anything he sneezed all over. Read more
