Seriously guys. Either the meal is cold, or the burgers are not cooked. Take some pride in delivering at a bare minimum, a... satisfactory product. Do you guys purposely mess up every order? Who do you have working in there that doesn't have the capacity to read a TV screen... and put those items into a bag. The EXACT items on the screen. I do check my bag after the drive through but honestly it's notmy responsibility to have to turn around and relay that yet again my order is missing something. A few weeks ago I got handed abag with someone else's order. Today missing items. It's an everytime thing with this drive through. Don't normally complainabout it but it's an EVERYTIME THING! The manager needs to get this place together. For the life of them they can?t make hot fresh fries. The fries are always... lukewarm and soggy. The wait time in the drive through is also ridiculous! I?ve given them several chances and it?s always thesame. Read more

So I went threw drive threw , I ordered extra onions on burger ,I got none! My ice tea cup had a leak in bottom so I poured it... into a glass only to find a brown murky mess. You should be able to see through the glass of iced tea from one side to the othereven though it is a dark liquid this is clearly not iced tea or some kind of some nasty they should shut this place down. We decided to go in since their mobile order and curbside pick up signs were turned sideways. The workers here are unhappy with... their jobs and opportunities here (we over heard them speaking about this loudly to each other). I feel bad for them. Servicewasn?t the best they kinda just tossed our food (we tried the new bakery items- Apple fritter and a blueberry muffin- they weregood) on the counter. Newer restaurant with good service and a very clean set up. They really take care of the restrooms which is a major plus for... any fast food stop and only a couple blocks from the Oz museum. Read more
