Visited yesterday from KC for the first time with some friends to have lunch and get some bakery items. We all tried the... Saturday special of Bierock and soup (cheeseburger vegetable) and it was delicious. After lunch we decided to grab a couplepastries from the bakery. I myself ended up walking out with a dozen huge cookies and 2 bags of divinity. Gave one of the bagsof divinity to a sibling who agreed with me that it was by far one of the best we'd ever had. Entire staff was super friendly, from our server at lunch to the folks that helped us at the bakery counter (especially the gentleman who had all of us laughingso hard we were practically in tears). Currently planning our next visit just so we can grab some more divinity and eat somereally good food. Read more

Went here after stopping at the OZ Museum. Workers were very nice, they gave us directions whenever we asked, and they were very... quick with our food. I got a bacon cheeseburger, and it was the best cheeseburger I've had at one of these places. It's big. When we were finished, We checked out the bakery and got about like 5 goods? The guy who gave us the bag was super nice, so wasthe lady that got us the goodies out. My favorite was the banana nut muffin. The style of the restaurant reminds me of atraditional mom and pop, we liked it. Read more

My husband and I stopped in here after visiting The Oz Museum. What a good decision. I had the Grecian stuffed burger and... cucumber salad and it was delicious. The burger was cooked perfectly, the buns were homemade and the cucumber salad was perfecton this hot day. My husband had the same, but with potato salad. We also took some fresh baked cookies to go and had a couple onthe way home to Wichita. They were soft and chewy, just the way we like them. The cookies seemed to be very popular, as therewere many customers ordering them as we were waiting to pay our bill. Employees were accommodating and friendly. Highlyrecommend stopping in here for lunch if you?re in the area. Read more

We visited the Oz Muesum then proceeded to follow the Yellow Brick road yesterday. It led us to this restaurant but it was... closed. So we decided to come back today and we are so glad that we did! It is very unique, we absolutely enjoyed our timethere. The food is delicious and well priced. The employees are very nice and quick. There is plenty of sitting options rangingfrom the back room, the living room area and the front porch. Highly recommend! Read more

We followed the yellow brick road to the Friendship House, which lives up to its name and exceeded our expectations! We highly... recommend anything in the bakery (the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie was so divine, we ordered a second one) and the lobster Mac& Cheese (Friday special) was indescribably delicious. Barb was our friendly server and we would return again! Read more

I stood there and watched a guy shred 25 lbs of pork. Then I got a breakfast burrito that was bigger than I'd ever seen! Finally... topped it off an Amish sugar cookie. Make sure to sign the guest book! Would recommend Read more

The waitress was very friendly and courteous. We split a salad where we could choose 6 toppings and the special a bison burger.... The side was a yummy cucumber salad. We followed up with cookies to take with us: chocolate chip, orange creamsickle, peanutbutter and gingersnap. All cookies were soft, which is a disappointment to me since I like my cookies crispy, but, they werestill yummy. Read more
