This locations employees are always so kind to my family and I. They go out of their way to make sure we have what we need and... to engage with our young daughter. They always ensure where we are sitting is clean and if they're out of stock of anything inthe lobby, they're never short to get us what we need and then promptly restock. Almost everywhere is short staffed now, butthat dosent stop this location from doing their best and having good attitudes! Read more
Service was good. The young lady apologized for my wait but I only waited a few minutes. Classic roast beef meal was fine.
Hmmm. 1 piece of meat on a 8$ sandwich. Literally! Called them and they said come back and we will remake. But all our... meat is preportioned. So in all honesty- I didn?t cause we all know or imagine what happens with remade food. I contactedcustomer support about the store but no word. I gotta say I was hesitant gping to Arbys since my last unpleasant encounter about 6-7 months ago but I had coupons and worked... all day. I just went thru the drive thru and those kids were great! No one in line at all. We put in 2 small orders, and it took about 20 min to get food! Ridiculously slow service, run by... teenagers with no direction from any visible manager. Also, got a salad with roasted chicken on it and it came covered in bacon!If there's bacon in a menu item, it needs to say it. I have an allergy and had to have it remade. The girl, Laura, who took ourorder was very nice, the employee of the month, but she disappeared. This location needs leadership, re-training in quickservice methods, and a deep cleaning. Read more
I?ve never been to a worse Arbys in my life. First when walking in it smelt like weed and not food. The floors were so sticky... everywhere like they haven?t changed the mop bucket water in a good few months. There was food under every table. You could hearmusic being played loud from where they cook the food. This place was ran by immature teenagers and the manager should reallydrop in unexpectedly and see what?s going on cause this place was gross. When using the bathroom before leaving the weed smellwas even strong as if they were smoking in the bathroom before opening. (We stopped there at 12:04PM so i know the recently musthave opened.) when walking into the bathroom stall there was weed all over the toilet, floor and cigar tobacco in the toilet.
