This Starbucks is so unreliable with the absolute worst hours. How does a coffee shop not open until 10am?
Absolutely the BEST Starbucks around. The employees are some of the kindest barista's I have ever met (I am a coffee fanatic... too). They work their BUTTS OFF! The girl who made my drink was rude and when I said thank you she ignored me. My drink was supposed to have extra caramel... drizzle. She didn't put it on there so I asked her to give me a cup with the caramel in it so I could just dump my shakenespresso into the new cup. She rolled her eyes and then ignored me when I said thank you. When I asked to speak with thesupervisor there was no apology or any type of compassion all he said was "thank you for voicing your opinion" You never knowwho people are so if you're going to work in the service industry and you can't be nice to people even if you're having a badday you should find a different job Read more
I was at this location 1/31/22 at 11am. I stupidly dropped my breakfast sandwich by my car. I went back in to order a new one,... however the kind gentleman working immediately made me a new one and didn't make me feel bad about it. This was above and beyondgood customer service! This Starbucks is so dysfunctional! Here are some of the chronic issues: - They're often out of Cold Brew before 10am - They say... things are not available on the app but if you show up in person it is available *this leads to crowding in stores and longlines - No matter how busy it is only one register is open - On multiple occasions they've turned off app ordering becausethey're short staffed Making people show up in person to stand in line and crowd the store is so counter-productive Read more
Nice service Little slow , but friendly Update
This location is rarely open and moves very slowly. I just wanted 35 minutes for two coffees and had to walk out empty handed... because I had to get to an appointment. I spent ten years in the service industry so I'm pretty forgiving but this was bad. Ihope someone else enjoys my coffee if it ever gets made. Read more
