If i were to rate my experience based upon the service i received from the workers, i would give them 5 stars. They were... courteous and provided expediant service. However, i was deeply disturbed by the lack of presence of a tip jar. i highly doubtthat u are paying these workers a living wage (at least $21/hr. for a single adult in MA). The fact that u are WILLFULLYCHOOSING not to allow customers to offer gratuity is DISGUSTING! i will not be buying food from this location ever again. Read more
Horrible and risk taking location! My husband ordered an Impossible Whopper for me WITHOUT pickles (see receipt) and a plain... burger only with ketchup for one of our kids. Of course, my burger was covered with four slices of the largest pickles I haveever had on a burger, and my kid?s burger was missing the ketchup. Both things happened also already last week at the samelocation! Not funny and if someone is allergic, it can actually be life threatening! Luckily I?m not, but I hate pickles! App states the location is closed. But website shows that the hours means its open. I placed an order on the app at 10:36 at... 11:50 order was canceled. But the drive through is still open till 2am. So why was the order canceled? Why couldn't they justhand the order through the drive through then? Is it closed or open? How many licks to get to the center of the tootsie pop? I am shocked that Burger King offers temp on burgers. I took a bite and it was completely uncooked/rare. The chicken was burned... close to black and dry. The cheese puff or whatever tasted awful. I ordered 2 impossible whoppers and 2 double cheeseburger meals with only ketchup for my kids. I waited patiently they then gave... me 2 regular whoppers and no cheeseburgers so I told them. They made the impossible whoppers over then I told them I never gotmy double cheeseburgers. At this point I have been in the restaurant for about 20 mins waiting for my food. When I finally gotmy burgers I rushed out because my food was going to be ice cold by the time my kids got it. I get home and I have only singlecheeseburgers plain with no ketchup. They can?t even get simple burger orders right even tho I copied the order to the manager 5or 6 times. This is sad that they can?t even do their job ! Cleaner then many of its peers. Good sized parking in two areas. Drive through and walk in service. But still a Burger... King. UPDATE: Dining room is currently under construction. Drive through or carry out only. Also, their register system is stillnot honoring in-app coupons/discounts/crown points. The manager was friendly and helpful but their technology does not workcorrectly. Read more
