They have a generous senior and kids discount and max out with a super senior discount for those over 85 years old. You pay, get... plastic utensils and foam plate and choose from a number of regional specialties like BBQ hash and rice pearlow. Drinks areincluded with the price of the buffet Everything is homemade and I liked everything I tried. They removed ribs from the buffetdue to the expense. They sell ribs ala-cart on Saturday only. They have a loaf of bread on most tables and you throw away yourown plates. There are no waiters that I could see. This place is within easy reach of my family retreat so maybe 15 minutes from the farm and the greater Charleston area. I wouldn't hesitant to return. Read more

All you can eat crispy (not greasy) chicken, veggies, sides and desserts all made on site by a great cook who has done this for... decades. Plenty of sauces for additional flavor even though it is already seasoned. Friendly staff. Very casual. Classicsouthern cooking is here. Read more

I haven't been to a Duke's Barbeque in about thirteen years. I love their BBQ, it's so moist, flavorful and delicious. I went to... their bathroom, it was clean, very prettily decorated and I loved their pedestal sink. I miss seeing that in the N.C.restaurant. If you want great BBQ, come to the Walterboro restaurant, you will be amazed. Read more

Excellent BBQ buffet. Not a huge selection like Oriental buffets, but perfect for Southern fare. Delicious food.

The pork was really good but the winners for me were the greens ( tasted just like my grandmothers) and the peach cobbler!

First time trying. Pictures looked good was excited to try. . All of our food was cold. Fried chicken was old and soggy not... crispy at all. Pulled pork was not even pulled!! Fries were FROZEN. Hush puppies were sour and tasted like they were fried withold grease. And $55 for 3 plates & a basket. Very disappointed. Do not waste your money here!!! Read more

Pretty decent little buffet spot and prices were super reasonable ($14 for all you can eat food, dessert and drinks). Definitely... not the fanciest of places but if your looking for some good food during a long drive this is a nice little stop off the beatenpath. The food was fresh and all the southern staples were present (Mac & cheese, rice, beans, greens, fried chicken, friedokra, hush puppies, pulled pork, ribs, sweet and unsweet tea and more!). I especially liked that the food things wasn't supersalty which isn't the norm for southern Food. The chicken was my favorite (the breading was crunchy and just lightly seasonedwith juicy meat). There's also a drive thru if you don't want to sit and eat. Read more
