Would say 0/5 stars... After taking $40 and change after ordering through the app online... Which the location and store was... correct... We're told that they won't fill our order they never got and won't give the money back. Once the battle for my moneyis over with.... I'll never eat at any taco bell again if it's this poorly ran everywhere else. Absolutely pathetic. Read more

The absolute worst store ever! I placed an online order to be picked up. NONE of it was correct, I ordered the 3 Tacos supreme... combo(hard shell) with a Dr Pepper, and I ordered a cheesy Gordita with 2 regular hard tacos, plus an order of cinnamontwists??.what we got in our order was a cheesy Gordita, 5 regular tacos, and NO cinnamon twists! The last 3 times we have beento this store has been TERRIBLE! Nothing is ever right! I?m sorry but I paid $.75 each for each taco I added extra sour creamto which was 3, equaling to $2.75 plus the cinnamon twists I ordered that were $1.59. That adds up to $3.84. That?s ALOT to payfor to never receive! They are ripping people off! Although I live in this small town and 100% support small busines owners, Ido not support them! We ordered about 10 minutes before my husband went to pick up the order, and they were just then making itwhen he got to the drive thru to pick up, got it home, tacos were so soggy, they just fell apart when trying to eat them! Three tacos were cold and not wrapped by the time I got home there was a hole in the bag from the frozen lettuce defrosting. We... were shorted four tacos and given us no mild sauce. I had to ask for my Baja blast before leaving because they had forgottenit. I wasn't given a receipt, I should've checked the bag before I left. Also the phone number doesn't work. Read more
