Terrible managment point blank period. Good location, good food, hard workers... but absolutely terrible customer service...... especially from management. You get a few run ins with management like that, instead of finding a solution to the problem theyescalate the situation. I haven?t met a problem solving manager that works there yet. Honestly would give this place a 5 star ifthe poor communication and attitude from management was completely cut out from the picture. Management! Work on your attitudes!And how you communicate with customers! Your supposed to be the problem solvers! How you communicate to your customers effectsbusiness! Constantly forgets to put the fries in my daughter's happy meal and even when they are busy or not the food is somehow always... luke warm or cold. When I ask for sweet and sour sauce they say its in the bag and when I leave it's never in the bag. They get3 stars because the people who bring the found out when I do curbside are so sweet and cheerful and happy to go back in and fixit but sometimes I don't have time to wait. Read more
