Food is tasty & fresh. Service is slow whether you go inside to pick up your mobile order or go thru the drive through.
Everything was terrible... The new pretzel burger was dry, the fries were chewy... Just not good...
Would be zero if could. My fries tasted like they had been reheated after sitting in the fridge, my burger order was wrong and... burger cold. My wife's salad dressing felt super warm, when it should have been cold. But hey, at least one thing was warm.Unfortunately we were already on the interstate when started eating. To top it all off, the cashier didn't even look at me oncewhen taking payment. She just stuck her hand out the window and made a motion to give her a payment type. Long story short,wasted 15 bucks. Extremely long drive thru lines around 11:30pm. It took almost 40mins to get my order and pickup the food. Not sure what can be... done to expedite the process. Maybe double the lanes, more staff, faster turn around times. Food tasted as expected. Read more

This place is the worst the line is literally causing traffic under the street and they have nowhere for Uber Eats or any kind... of delivery service to pick up just a huge line. The management was having attitude while telling me to go around. She couldn'teven open the door and let me know what was going on just a bunch of hand signals. Most of the time food is good butt sometimes i get food that sits for a while and dry over cooked nuggets The baconator so far... is the best between Jack the box and Wendy's I have to say Wendy's wins hands down after all two layers of bacon is definitelybetter ???? Read more
The 4 star is because of the time it takes. The employees are great, friendly, and we're apologetic about the time. We were in a... rush & figured, hey there's only 3 cars in the drive-thru, got right to the order screen, but had to repeat our order numeroustimes. Then it took forever to get those 3 cars out. And it's on a busy section of a main street, trying to get out can bedifficult, especially during rush hour traffic. Read more
