I came here for lunch with my wife and sister. I had made a reservation online but there was no wait when we arrived. We were... greeted and seated right away and our server was informative, friendly and gave us exceptional service. We had fresh warm breadbrought promptly and our drinks were never empty. Our food came out just as we ordered it and everything tasted great. This wasour first time coming to this location and I was impressed with how well maintained the place was and how clean everything was.After this experience I feel more inclined to return to this location in the future. Cheesecake is definitely one of my favorite restaurants, their menu is so big and you will definitely find something delicious... for your self. Staff is always friendly, I never had any issues . Staff is very knowledgeable and will recommend delicious foodfor you. Only negative thing I can say it is wait time, if you go on Fridays or weekends in general you might have to wait 30minutes to get the table, which is understandable in my opinion. Read more

We were so disappointed with our food. We ordered the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and it tasted defrosted and uncooked extremely... chewy to chew. We ordered it for pick up so we didn't realize it until we arrived home. The presentation was good but thequality was nasty and horrible. Definitely not worth $25 for the dish. Read more
I haven't been to The Cheesecake Factory for so long, so I was excited to eat there. Our big family & friends (party of 11)... arrived around 7pm on Tuesday for dinner and had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated. From the get go, our server showed lackof interest to serve us. It took us so long to get her attention to order the food. Plus it was a busy dinner time so the foodtook sometimes to get to our table. No water & bread refill were offered. Since it was our cousin's graduation, my other cousinasked if it was possible to surprise him with a cheesecake. We thought the servers could come out to sing & congratulate him butit was only a congratulations writing on the plate. Now the food... I ordered my favorite: chicken madeira & steak diane. Iused to LOVE steak diane & always had it every time I ate at The Cheesecake Factory. But this time, I was disappointed of thefood quality. The sauce was somehow not as good as I remembered. I ordered the medium cooked steak and got well done steak (Ididn't bother to send it back since I was too hungry). The chicken madeira was ok. The chicken was tender & flavorful. The otherfood that we ordered was just ok. The only good was the cheesecake. We ordered mango key lime cheesecake and it tasteddelicious. Overall, I won't go back to this location for dining in.
