Bought a venti cappuccino and it was filled less than half the cup. Probably a third. You know how it feels when you?ve taken... gulps of a cup you bought, and towards the end when you lift your cup from the table, it feels light? Right from the pickup italready felt like my large cup was at its end. Starbucks tells me in their reply to tell the employee to remake it, which wouldbe more time spent waiting. I took the time to take out my wallet to tip cash, don?t short your customers. If they order a largecup of cappuccino, they meant they want more cap, not the larger cup. Read more

The manager is absolutely ignorant of the needs for this branch. (1) The outlets towards the end of the store don?t work.(2) The... outlet of the one table that works is destroyed and can be dangerous cause it?s falling off! (3) There are flies coming to yourface when you are sitting by towards the end of the store on the comfy seats! (4) from the pictures I?ve added, one can seethere is no cleaning happening in this store! I frequently go to this Starbucks (as well as the one in Emeryville by the Home Depot and Taco Bell). The people inside both... all know and greet me by name and I get good service. This is why I gave it 5 stars. All Starbucks do allow dogs to be broughtinside, but I do not know what the controls are. This morning at the Sunne location there was a small white dog/puppy who wasnot on leash and running around on the floor, the owners did not really have control over the dog, they are frequently in thisStarbucks. This dog started barking at me and came towards me. I ignored the dog, but it continued to bark. I know that thisis not normal for dogs in Starbucks, but I do not go to Starbucks for dogs to behave this way. I go to enjoy my beverage andfood in peace. 1. There's no foam in the lattes they serve. But when I asked for extra foam in my grande latte, half the cup was foam.... Literally half. 2. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. It's akin to those nasty gas station bathroom you see in horror ordark movies. There's blood on the toilet, and something seems to have run down the walls and the door. Large outlet for this chain with all their offerings available. Plenty of seating. Rather dark interior that's not super... inviting, but not too bad. During my visit, the place was full of people who must live nearby as they seemed to know eachother. Read more

By far the worst coffee I?ve ever tasted. This store caters to the homeless crowd, being the closest Starbucks to Pleasant Hill... BART station.
