I usually never review restaurants, but I was so disappointed with Panera I had to. The 1 star is coming from Food Quality and... Pricing. $21 for the blandest food I ever ate. Seems like they heat up pre-made food. Nothing is freshly cooked. My chickensandwich wasnt even hot. The chicken had no flavor (most likely frozen chicken reheated), small bag of chips, and the worsttomato soup Ive ever ate. Disgusting. Until the food quality matches the high prices or they lower the pricing I will stay away. Read more
I visit Panera bread wherever I go as it?s usually a salad spot for breakfast or lunch. Went to this location before taking my... son to the children?s health center nearby and I won?t ever be back. There was no one at the front taking orders and none of thestaff prepping would make eye contact. I generally prefer to use the kiosk, but I had a question about an item offered andwould?ve liked to speak with an employee before my purchase. Once I ordered they got my order wrong and wanted me to waitanother 20+ minutes for them to fix it, but we had to leave for our appointment. Read more
I would first like to say that I go into panera locations all over the country multiple times per week as it is part of my job... to bring in cookies or catered lunches to offices. That being said I stopped at this location today and stood in line and waitedfor more than 40 minutes to get a dozen mixed cookies. The girl working at the register was so flustered and overwhelmed andseemed to be not adequately trained. The order in front of me took an extra long time because she had to ask the person fortheir phone number for their rewards account almost words account almost 10 different times because she could not put the numberin correctly. Then I had to tell her what 1 dozen mixed cookies was and how to package it up correctly and that took more than 5minutes to put 12 cookies in a Box. I honestly feel bad for her because she obviously was not trained or well supported but forme to have to tell an employee how to do their job and how many cookies one dozen is is pretty bad. I then tried to call thestore to speak to Ashley Collins who claims to be the operating partner on the door. I waited and nobody picked up and then Iwas hung up on. I called the corporate number and they transferred me to a person named Gianni who seemed completelyuninterested inwhat I had to say and unconcerned with my experience. He apologized after a long silence of me saying is this OKfor your store? He said no I'll go have a talk with her. I reiterated to him that I am not even upset with her but rather thefact that their store is so poorly ran. I feel like my concern was not even a concern to him at all. Do not recommend thisstore. Understaffed and disorganized. Rather than close stores when employees aren?t available or offer higher compensation to attract... more employees, this location operates on the cheap and let?s customers deal with long lines and even longer wait times. Wearrived at 2pm and there were dozens of customers waiting to place orders - zero employees behind the counter so we used akiosk. Ten minutes later a cook came out and yelled that orders were ?45 minute waits?. Cancelling the order and getting arefund was painful and time consuming. Spent 30 minutes at the location and walked out with no food. What an embarrassment for aonce great chain restaurant. This is not a ubiquitous ?COVID? problem - big chains like In N Out and Pete?s Coffee continue toprovide prompt and friendly service. Understaffing and poor customer experiences are the result of inept leadership. Thiscompany and its senior leaders would be wise to refocus on employees and the customer experience instead of prioritizingrevenue, mediocre employee pay, and maximum operating hours. Read more
I?m a Panera Bread ???? Lover but I must say that this location is THEE DIRTIEST I?ve ever been too. I visited at 7:30am and it... looked like no one cleaned the night before or that morning. The front door was filthy( finger prints, smeared food, etc.), thefloors were dirty, the glass surrounding the pastries was DIRTY! I went to grab a few tea bags and all Of the canisters weredirty,? I?ve never seen anything like this at Panera Bread. I definitely will not visit this location again. I really need themto do a deep clean and have staff clean regularly throughout the day. YUCK! Not a place to go get a ?fancy coffee? (latte/cappuccino). Perfectly fine to order regular coffee and walk over to the... self-serve coffee station. Not trained baristas. The wait for my latte was 15 minutes. Panera will give you a auto buzzer toalert when your meal is ready for pick-up so you can walk away and find a table, including ?fancy coffee.? Nice selection offreshly made baked goods to choose from. Plenty of free parking in the lot in front of this location. If you don?t want to sitinside (mask are mandatory). There is a small outdoor patio dining area. Read more
