This store in concord was just incompetent. A lot of workers inside and outside of the store and my order still was wrong.... (Ordered a large sweet tea but gave me a lemonade. Didn't check it because it was same color as tea. Smh... In addition, orderedice cream on a cone and 2 in a cup. The cups, there was just a 4 inch swirls of soft serves each and the cone was about 10inches swirls of soft serve. Called store and rep offered a free drink. Declined because we were already flying out that day.Unacceptable for a 45min drive and a plane ride. Read more

So dissatisfied and disappointed in this location and the lack of customer service. We placed a mobile order before getting to... the drive thru line. I clearly ordered a 12 nugget meal that they forgot to even put in the bag. We let them know they forgotour nuggets and they handed us 3 chicken strips? we didn?t realize we were handed 3 chicken strips until we pulled out of thedrive through line. we clearly stated and ordered a 12 ct nugget meal!! They had a very long drive through line but nobody inside. The store seemed very busy and it?s hard to find parking in the lot... when the gym (next door) is full.Bathrooms are clean and condiment section is stocked up. Everything came out delicious. Irecommend double checking receipt and to go bag to make sure they included everything that you want. They usually don?t repeatthe order back and have forgot to include sauces on more the one occasion. Gluten free bun is pretty good, although it is alittle dry. Read more
I was very disappointed! I ordered the nuggets that's what I luv best there and I asked for honey mustard dip. I had already... left before I opened the dipping sauce but when I did it was solid and smelled rotten, both packs were Hideous and I couldn'teven eat the nuggets afterwards.
