Pretty terrible California burger (tasted microwaved and chewy meat). I think they forgot a sauce or something?it just genuinely... tasted awful. I?ve had these at a ton of other Boudin?s?it was just so bad. Kids pizza was also burnt and somehow tastedbad?which is insane to me that a kids pizza can be burnt and taste bad to my kids who couldn?t care less most of the time. Waited 25 minutes for a veggie sandwich that was made improperly! The menu clearly states that it has red onion in it, but there... was zero! No dressing on my salad either. I politely asked an employee to bring me some dressing. After 10 minutes of waiting Ihad to get up and ask again, the employee copped total attitude saying with eyes rolled ?I am working all by myself?, as if thatwas a valid excuse for not bringing me any salad dressing. The restaurant was not busy either. Other customers were waiting waytoo long for their food also, many people getting up to inquire as to where their food was. It?s not ok to make customers waitan eternity for food that does not even need to be cooked, these are sandwiches for goodness sake! And undressed salads are notacceptable! I have always loved Boudin clam chowder bowls! The sourdough is crunchy on the outside and fluffy and chewy on the inside. The... staff is always friendly and the service was pretty fast, considering how busy they were. I'm a little sad they run our of thebread in shapes often. Last time I got a kiss meal and was expecting a fish- shaped bread, but got 2 slices on bread instead. I was just a little disappointed. I had a bad experience. It was Sunday. Easy to give order in 5-6 mins. Then I got my number plate then found a clear table to... sit. My check timed as 02.53. Ordered just a clam chowder and 1 pizza. My order has arrived at the 48th minute after I paid andordered. That?s unbelievable in a fast food restaurant. I don?t wanna say smth about the food. The staff in the back is unprofessional. Joking around on a lunch rush while the cashier is trying to keep it togther. You can... hear them yelling at each other from the line and there are employees walking around on the phone kicking open doors. Justchaotic. Read more
