Cashier had trouble getting orders right ,had to repeat order three times . Went to pick up order from pick up area order still... not right , When I told them my order was incomplete and I asked for my order of Borounds they gave me an order of cold Boroundsand an egg biscuit which I had not ordered, manager had knowledge of what was going on but did nothing about it, would notrecommend to anyone! If I could leave a zero I would. We dine in. When we arrived we were the only people at the register. We stood there for 20... minutes while we watched one girl run the drive thru, packing the meals and working very hard to take care of customers. Whenshe asked for fries to be dropped the girl in the back with green hair yelled at her. Three guys were also back there doingnothing. The manager was back there, doing nothing. Later the girl working the front asked where the ham biscuit was? Thegirl with the green hair yelled at her again and went on to make the biscuit. By this time our order had been taken and part ofour meals were placed on a tray on the counter. By the time the biscuit was done, the chicken and fries on the tray were cold. Also we had a difficult time finding a table because every single table was nasty with crumbs and spills. Please don't wasteyour time or your money on this location. You'll be highly disappointed. Used to be accurate fast and friendly, they got the order wrong and wasn't very courteous at all, seems that the new staff has... ran the place into the ground, won't be back. Read more
I find people who hate their job most insufferable here, it's probably the most miserable I've seen workers. Management has made... angry, discouraged workers for years now. I applied in 2017 and came in for an interview, the workers told me to "run while Ican", and the manager had nothing to tell me but what a prestigious and privileged opportunity I'd have there. Our family just had the most ridiculous experience in the drive thru line. It was about 10am on a Saturday morning and we pulled... into line. The line didn't move for ten minutes. We would have pulled out but there was a car already behind us and the way thedrive thru is set up, there is no pulling out once you are in the line. We were trapped in that line for about 50 minutes! Wehad four kids in the car and tried our best to keep our patience. The food was good once we got it and there was a "Sorry aboutthe wait" from the worker who gave us our order, but almost an hour in a drive thru fast food line is completely unacceptable.We and all the other cars were trapped as the design had us in a line with curbs lining it making it so you couldn't drive off.We will never be back. Went by to pick up dinner about 5 minutes before 5:00. Ordered a family box, no slaw. OK substituted fries. Paid for the meal.... Sir, we're out of biscuits, you'll need to wait 15 minutes. While I was waiting, 2 staff member came in carrying Dominoes pizzaand wings. When I got home with my dinner, blood was running around the bone on the thighs. Guess I'll do Dominoes. Read more
Apparently this Bojangles decides to stop selling certain breakfast items at a certain time each day. I do not understand why... all Bojangles have to be different that's not a good look for this corporate company who I've left a voicemail for. I wouldsuggest going to one that's not a franchisee in this actually owned by Bojangles and that's what I'll be doing when I go to theone in Walkertown which is not far away. So if you don't want to waste your time I would not even bother with this location! Read more
Slow bojangles. They had nothing cooked and ready to go and we?re out of other things in front. Instead of going in the back to... get more and cook them they pretty much panicked on what to do. Another bad bojangles with poor management and people who don?tcare to work. When we finally got our order after a lengthy wait it was of course wrong. Won?t be back. Read more
