Little italy is a local italian market in wallingford that is supposed to bring the New York little italy feel to wallingford. ... I mean brick oven pizza and all the bells and whisltes one would expect and so busy people would be lined up out the door.Unfortunately, that is not the case. For several years I have had many of their subs, thier pizza, cheese and other preparedfood and i always felt like its just ok but not that knock your socks off good where im going to brag about it being in town.The building is too big for what they offer. They can offer more like a big area for cheese and some hanging sausage likeliuzzis. Everything is vacuum packaged which is convienient. Its still a place i enjoy going too once in a blue moon but thatsabout it. I went there for their egg and cheese sandwich with coffee deal for 5 bucks but add bacon that will be almost 9dollars. Im just torn there is this wonderful market so close to home but I still prefer other places. Read more

They have amazing pizza. I recommend the Italian Veggie Sicilian pizza. They have other great Italian food here and a good store... full of imported goods from Italy. The service is friendly and there is plenty of room to sit and enjoy your meal. This place isvery clean too which is a big plus. I highly recommended this place to anyone. Read more
Food is decent and pretty average for Italian. Workers who I suspect are the owners always seem grumpy and sarcastic.
