******Please open your lobby. It makes absolutely no sense to have it closed. It?s also cold and no one wants to wait in the... cold. ****** Have been here a couple of times this month and service has been great and the food has been delicious. Love theirhot chocolate. They basically serve it in a soup bowl with lots of whip cream. For breakfast I love their Breakfast Sampler. Itcomes with two eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, hash browns, toast, and pancakes. It?s great if you?re wanting a bit of everything.They have a good lunch menu, senior discounts, and a good menu for kids. I love iHop all year round but they are definitely afavorite during the holiday season. They incorporate the holiday season very well and know how to give the place a homeyfeeling. Read more

My husband and I have dined here before today along with our young children, and we enjoyed our experience each time. We were... greeted and served by people wearing bright smiles. Today around 6pm, however, after we were seated with menus, we becameinvincible to the 3 waitresses on staff. Nearly 20 mins elapsed as we observed patrons who arrived after us receive cutlery andhave their orders taken. I have to mention that 75% of the restaurant was empty. We finally decided to leave. As we exited, wewalked past 2 waitresses who said nothing to us. We?re hard to miss between our heights and afros. I hope that no other familyhas to be treated the way we were today. Read more

First time just happened to be driving home and was so excited to see an IHOP since ours closed years ago. Came in to the... hostess ready to seat us. Had a waitress name Ninfa. Absolutely was wonderful waitress. Pleasant, accommodating and We reallyenjoyed ourselves. They have a IHoppy hour at 2. We were 10 min early so she came back to take our order because we asked if wecould wait. I got french toast,n sausage n my daughter got a crispy chicken sandwich. Both delicious ????. We both ate for 12dollars. I had to do a double take my daughter said thats just her meal at Mcdonalds lol. Great food, great service and greatprice. Cant beat it. Read more
Went in for breakfast with my family and the hostess was nice. They took down my number and asked me to wait in the car...the... wait was 20-25 minutes. After waiting for about 40 minutes and watching people who arrived after me go in I decided to leave andgo to another restaurant. Here it is 2 hours later and I still haven't received a call to be seated. Prior to this my husbandwent to pick up a meal and the hostess made him wait for 45 minutes as our food sat and got cold because I didn't pay over thephone. Not sure about this Ihop location Read more
