Although we waited 35-40 mins for our food let me tell you it was worth the wait! As soon as we walked in everyone greeted us,... the front desk, the cooks and the servers. Our waitress was funny and upbeat. They have great customer service altogether. Nowthe food...... The food was phenomenal. The best thin crust pizza Ive had by far I would say. My husband and I order from here quite often and have visited once. The last time we were there I was still recovering from a... broken ankle and so I was on crutches. We sat outside and enjoyed the nice patio but I went in real quick to use the bathroomand on my way through the entrance way the waitress almost ran me down because she was in such a rush. We mentioned it to themanager who seemed to take it seriously so we thought everything was good. We figured next time would be better and maybe it wasjust a rough night. Tonight we ordered take out from there and I told the girl on the phone about 5 times that I am allergic totomatoes. I ordered the chicken taco salad but made sure I said without salsa because I'm allergic to tomato and also if thereare any other form of tomatoes in it to please remove it. She read off the order and again I mentioned about being allergic. Ithought I was clear w We received our food and my salad had about 6 grape tomatoes in it which were in the back of the salad soI didn't realize they were there. I ate most of my salad before I realized. Needless to say my stomach got really upset and Ihad a reaction from it. I called the manager and he did apologize and comp for the salad but then later I found out that myhusbands chicken tenders and French fries were overcooked, black, and dry. They were so bad he needed to throw them out anddidn't end up having dinner. I really don't understand what happened to this place because they used to be good and have awesomecustomer service but I must say I am really disappointed in the lack of care they give to their customers recently and thequality of their food. The portions have continued to stay full and delicious year after year! Entrees always hit the spot and then some. The pizza is... on point! The service has always been A++. Awesome Staff PERIOD. Had a steak and cheese grinder with mushrooms, was excellent! Also enjoyed the espresso martini :). Wait staff was friendly and... helpful! Didn't feel rushed to finish my meal. I'll definitely go back to try additional dishes. Read more
