I don?t know her name, but she is the sweetest lady ever. I go to this Dunkin location exclusively for a couple reasons. One,... the lady who always says ?good morning sweetie?. I literally ordered a medium hot chocolate and when I got home and opened the lid this is what I saw. Every time I go there... there?s always issues. They don?t know what they?re doing or how to make anything correctly. One of the worst Dunkin?s I?ve everbeen to. I used to work at one so I know it doesn?t bubble up so there?s no excuses the person who made this just stopped in themiddle of the cup and handed it to me and charged me for the medium. Read more
