Went through drive thru and ordered 2 for $7 Quarter Pound kings with extra Ketchup and Onions a Large fries and 2 chocolate... chip cookies for $1 and an ice water. Everything from ordering through the drive thru and paying and picking up my order wasgreat the order takers were great as well as the cashier was friendly and the order was complete. Everything was perfect theburgers were done to my request just right the fries were perfect and the cookies were fresh and soft and everything wasdelicious and left us wanting more. I ordered a regular iced coffee this morning. After I paid and was waiting one of the workers literally looked at me to make... sure I ordered a regular iced coffee. When I got my coffee, sure enough it was the Vanilla iced coffee. Burger King, the onlything you are the King of is getting peoples orders wrong. And your Vanilla iced coffee isn?t even good. Not the best BK, not the worst. The staff is polite & they try hard. They?re having staffing problems like everyone. There?s an... apology sign in the window saying ?we?re going as fast as we can?. Any of the burgers are good, never cold. The fries are hit ormiss. However for $1.29 their ice cream cup or cone is BY FAR the best value for a cold treat. McD?s are twice the price. Read more

Absolute rudest drive thru worker I've ever seen. We ordered through the app and at the window he failed to give us our order... three times. He became annoyed and angry very quickly, when we politely just kept having to ask for our stuff that he keptgiving us only parts of. Finally he treated us like we were stupid for not knowing the last item, ice cream, they "didn't have"because we ordered through the app, like we're magically supposed to know why he didn't give it to us. In the end he just toldus it's not his problem and closed the window on us. If you don't have something, just TELL US when you give us the order. Theyhave a "short staffed" sign, which I understand, but there were several employees inside and we were the only customers therethe entire time, and even if you are busy and struggling, that does not give anyone the right to be such a ****. I come here every now and then during lunch but its definitely out of my way to get lunch while on my break. What really... aggravated me was seeing the doors locked only the drive thru open. What about the people who drive big trucks that can fitthrough your drive thru. Yoy won't service us if we walk to the window so what the hell are we suppose to do... Read more
