Pizza was okay - nothing to write home about. The Greek pizza was surprisingly good! They gave our order away so we had to wait... in the parking lot for another 15 minutes to make it again. They gave 25% off because we asked for some kind of compensation. Read more
This is by far our favorite pizza place! We were looking for some good pizza when we moved to this area, and one day I came home... from work and my fiancee had this deliciousness! Never turned back. Once or twice we ordered elsewhere and regretted it. I alsohave to say that the customer service is above and beyond at this restaurant. I had received a wrong order, and when I reachedout to the store, Donavon went above and beyond to redeliver the pizza, and the delivery person wouldn't even accept my tip! Inthis day and age when, especially when people don't always appreciate GREAT customer service, it's so important to recognizethose that go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. This was fave pizza place before, and the care giventoday has solidified it as a perfect example of great product, great customer service, total customer loyalty! The food is alright. But, To possibly the owner of Dolly?s Pizza on a Ladd, or anyone else that possibly know him. you are by... far the nastiest individual owning or managing a business. Nostalgia at its finest! I remember growing up in Howell, and they had a Dolly's off of Grand River in Brighton, MI. My father... was an engineer at GM so he would come from that direction. I remember when they first opened how excited he was to try that newpizza place. He had bought a classic pizza and a vegetarian pizza with ham on half. Ever since then, this was our Pizza Monday.I remember how sad he was seeing them close (this had to be 15+ years ago). I rediscovered them about a year ago and now I driveout there twice a year to pick up pizza and bring some home to my family. I want this tradition to continue. I also share somewith my dad, and his face still lights up and he talks about how good their pizza still is. I think we both keep hoping theywill reopen another location out here. Their pizza is honestly the best pizza in lower Michigan. Everyone is super friendly,the pizza is baked to perfection, everything is simple and fresh. I also love the little Dolly Logo and the green boxes they useto come in. The owner of this company should be very proud of their brand. I think his or her employees and managers do such anamazing job preserving the image and the quality of this company. First time customer, they hooked me up, and the pizza was made, perfectly, tons of toppings, lots of cheese, and they didn't... forget the light sauce, and butter cheese crust, a lot of other places, seem to not know what light sauce is, or forget thecrust. Loved the dough, as well, phenomenal pizza, I will be back, thank you, to whoever made my pizza, for being generous withthe toppings, and thanks to Dolly's, I wish there was still a Dolly's in South Lyon, but it's worth the drive, you guys killedit, and the guy on the phone was very polite.
