Ever since the new owner took over, this place has gone super downhill. My favorite cashier no longer works there (specifically... citing the new owner as the reason) and I have met the owner myself and let me tell you, he should not be in a businessinvolving customer service because he has ZERO people skills. I've been there several times and never had a problem. Cashier's have always been friendly & available to help if necessary.... Great cold food options like YUMMY "chicken-salad" sandwich !! I never will go into this store again!!!! My son purchased a set of head phones here for $10, he took them home and they didn't... work. The next day he tried to return them with the receipt and the girl said he has to come back when the owner was there. Thenext day my wife went into the store to return them and the owner said there are no returns on electronics. So she asked wheredoes it say that on the receipt? He continued to say there are no returns on electronics. So she asked is there a sign somewherethat says this? He had nothing to say. This location is a Full Service 7eleven. They offer convenience store goods, snacks, slurpees, Cigs, lottery, hot & cold food,... beer, pizza didnt look fresh. Prepared Salads, Money Orders and More! I came to purchase a money order for $455.00 the cashiercharged me $455 plus $1.19 money order service fee. Then instead handed me a $450 money order. I asked for a receipt and colinstated "Sorry, I can't produced one. Since its been 3 transactions later. He said he would print me the other $5.00 M.O. butthen charged me for that too. So he short-changed me $5.00. I wonder how many other people he done this to? I will call thestore asking for a refund today. If i receive it then I will edit this later on. Read more
