What amazing food... yet just a terribly inconsistent business. I have made a trip to Wallace half a dozen times this year-... different days of the week, different times of the day, and they are closed. I?ve been meaning to stop by here every time I drove by but they were either out or closed and so I finally got the opportunity... to stop by today and I have to say I am so glad I did what amazing food! Got a breakfast burrito and I took me a half a poundof brisket home to eat later. Burrito was delicious so so big for the price it was amazing. Sat down to eat my brisket later,and I am generally not a barbecue sauce person so I was super thankful they put the sauce on the side and then they have acontainer of pickles on the side as well, I love pickles. I decided to taste the barbecue sauce and that is the best thing thatI think I?ve ever put in my mouth combined with those pickles and I have no idea where you get them or if you make them yourselfbecause they had cucumber freshness they were so absolutely delicious and the two together on the brisket is probably the bestthing I?ve had ever. Wow! Just wow! Not what I was expecting to find in small town Wallace, Idaho! Everything my wife and I got was amazing. Great... portions for the price and the brisket was cooked to perfection! Do yourself a favor and go for breakfast and get the LawlessTaco. I got that but made into a burrito. Only $12 and it easily made two meals. We will absolutely be eating here again ifstaying in or passing through Wallace. Read more

My SO and I got two tacos - Pulled Pork, Brisket. I wasn't a fan of either but my SO liked both. They are open until they're... sold out and on a Friday Afternoon, they had alreast sold out of Chicken and Potatoes. They have a handful of outdoor seatingbut also offer takeout and a small handful of soda/pop drinks. Read more
