The place is a trip! Great! It takes you back in time. So much stuff. You got to see this place for yourselves. They took a gas... station repair shop and added license plates from the ceiling throughout the place, even in the bathroom. Bowling shoes. Musicalinstruments. Beer taps. Gas pump. Some much from the past. The owners and the wife especially, explains the many items that arethere. They love this place, as you will, too! They sell ice cream and milk shakes, malts. They work 12- 14 hour days. None oftheir children or grandchildren want to visit them, because they are put to work. They are open for days a week now, becausethey can't seem to find people who would put in the hours. Wonder why? Or would even put in less hours. It seems to be the caseeverywhere we go. Even at the last hotel we stayed at didn't have our room ready, because the laundry wasn't done yet. Who wouldbelieve that one? The space ship in the parking lot is a fun photo opp. The menu is straight forward and there's not much room for deviation. Iliked that. Order what is offered. Biscuits and gravy were filling and the huckleberry pancakes were a treat. Bring a quarterfor the chicken to lay an egg with a treat in it. Read more
