Stopped ordering with door dash because the orders arrive all wrong or cold. Morning manager states it's because they're too... busy. That's a poor excuse for bad service. I don't know want happened but it's too risky to spend money and have food arrivedestroyed. Read more
The lobby is always closed every time we try to go there. There isn't any indication of it being closed either, no sign,... nothing. The workers don't seem to care either and they're rude. Read more
My wife and I stopped at the Walla Walla, WA Jack in the Box early in the afternoon, Wednesday, 11/2/2022. We each order a... Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club sandwich and one order of fries to split between us and a drink apiece, since we are seniorcitizens and can't eat much at one sitting. Having not been to a Jack in the Box for quite some time and having never orderedthose sandwiches before I wasn't sure what to expect. The first thing I noticed was that my sandwich was exceedingly spicy hot.I figured that must be the way that sandwich comes, so continued trying to eat it. I finally mentioned how spicy hot it was tomy wife and she said hers was not spicy hot at all. She tasted mine and could hardly eat a bite. Evidently, the staff put spicyhot chicken on my sandwich and then built it like a Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club, bacon and all. I could not finish my sandwichit was so overwhelmingly hot. Secondly, I noticed that the soles of my shoes were sticking to the floor near our table wherethere had evidently been a spill that hadn't been cleaned up, plus in all the time we were there the table next to us was leftwith bits of food on it from a previous customer. I seldom complain about such things but this sort of thing really does not doyour brand any good at all, and I felt that it fell too far short of the basic service that customers should be able to expect.Assembling a sandwich/meal correctly and giving the customers what they ordered should not be difficult. We waited at the counter for 15 mins and watched them serve all the drive thru cars. Then asked if the dining room was closed.... The employee said he would get to us in a minute. Then waited another five as we watched cars being served that had only been indrive thru a few minutes. Then i asked again if they were going to take our order and was told it would be faster to go thru thedrive thru. So we went to the burger joint next door. Amazingly bad. Never complained about a restaurant before. But so rude,never experiences that in my 47 years of life. Read more

This place needs to be shut down! I ordered three burgers and I have to say. They were all made incorrectly. The three burgers... looked so sad. I almost feel bad for who ever is in charge there. Zero effort was given. I wish I could give them a half star. Read more
