Menu for Eritage Resort and Restaurant in Walla Walla, WA

We absolutely loved our stay at the Eritage. We were there over the Thanksgiving weekend and felt like we had the resort to... ourselves. The location is so incredibly beautiful, situated between wheat fields and vineyards. Our check in was flawless, itfelt like a family member was welcoming us into their home. We stayed in the bungalow farthest from the main building and it wasso very peaceful. Everything about the room exceeded our expectations - HUGE bathroom beautifully decorated, large fireplacewith a bed in front of it for our dog, large sliding glass doors that looked out on the pond and hillside behind the resort. Weenjoyed laying in bed one morning when it was storming and watching the wind blow across the pond. The food in the restaurant istop-notch. I have found the tranquility that is often lost and nicer resorts. Resorts that strive for options activities and opportunities... for guests often forget the simple things like the tranquil sounds of a waterfall, the late night frogs, the sounds of raindroplets on the water. And the other invisible qualities like the drifting aromatics of alfalfa a vineyard and even the silentbeauty from a rejuvenated wheat field that had been recently burned over. A simple peacefulness can only be described with thatspecial word reserved for the bliss, that is tranquility. The resort is lovely. The staff was terrible. This place is so unique with so much potential, I was so excited to finally stay... and then to be treated so poorly was such a let down. We even tried to talk to the manger who literally cursed at our group forreaching out about how terrible we were treated. Understandably it?s a hard time to find good help, but this was quiet possiblethe worst service I?ve ever witnessed or experienced. I guess if you are not looking for good customer service, and just to stayin your room you?d be fine. The rooms are beautiful, the grounds are gorgeous, the food was even pretty good. Beautiful spacious and private rooms but the hi-lite was the service. It?s a small hotel so several people doing multiple jobs... and they didn?t miss a beat. One of our five days there, the cook took our breakfast order. The entire team has clearly beentrained to drop everything to look after the customers. Room, poolside and patio service any time. This is a Hidden gem in Walla Walla. A must visit for wine enthusiasts. I come all the way from Seattle to wind down and enjoy... all the amenities this wonderful Resort and Winery has to offer. Check in is smooth and pain free and matter of fact I must sayone of the BEST SERVICE I have ever received. Jenelle is awesome and she will make sure your stay is a memorable one.
