We've ordered before, but this time was horrible. They recommended using the online. How great it was for them. They didn't have... our order ready when the app said Rushed something out the oven and it was wrong all the way. Wrong wing flavor. Wrong pizzaand they tried to charge us twice. We paid online. Went for dinner yesterday 8/12/2022 ordered pizza, 2 salads and 3 beers. Took a loooong time to receive our food but was very... good. Go our bill and was charged for an extra beer (they took off) and was over charged for salads by a $1 each from the menu. I asked about it and he pointed to a sentence on the menu that ?prices may change without notice?. So just be mindful yourbill may be more than you anticipate. Read more

Normally their pizza is excellent. However, when I called about an issue I had with my order.. the person who answered knew... exactly what I was calling about. He explained they were training someone new and they left an ingredient out of the dough. Ipaid over $17 for that pie and they did not offer to replace or refund, KNOWING it was bad. Sorry.. Great atmosphere in a clean restaurant, the staff makes you feel welcomed with awesome customer service. My waitress Brie was on... point with politeness , great customer service skills, helpful, and did an awesome job keeping my drink filled and not lettingit get empty as well as taking away empty dishes off table. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive. Once it finally did come, we saw the waitress take food from another customer?s... table and bring to us. The waitress told us no one had touched the food. A bit later, as the other customer left, she stopped byto apologize for touching the food! The waitress told us a lie! The Elizabeth's Pizza Walkertown (Dine-In Experience). I could tell that not all Elizabeth's Pizza's are the same upon entering... the restaurant. Moreover, the place looked spotless in comparison to other Elizabeth's and had an open feel. I went to therestroom to wash my hands, and it did appear to be clean also. Then, I ordered their grilled chicken salad, and to my amazement,it was enormous for a lunch size order. I almost felt a little overwhelmed by the size. The service was ok, but I believeadditional staff on duty could have been helpful. Nevertheless, I will be back to this Elizabeth's Pizza because of the cleanatmosphere this place offers. They also have a nice size outside sitting area if you prefer to dine outside instead of inside. Read more
