Treated VERY rudely by the blonde manager. I ordered a mobile pickup for 7:00pm. It wasn't there at 7 - no problem. I understand... things get busy, food service can get hectic. Eventually I spoke to the blonde manager who told me both "you can order it again"(pay twice), and then "I don't know what you want me to do for you, the order didn't go through" before walking away. Was veryrude about it when I tried to be nice. I took a breath and got back in line. Another manager, a brunette, was VERY kind andsolved my problem in literally 2-3 minutes. Re-entered my order without paying twice. If I ever return here, it'll be becausethis manager was good at her job. If it was just the blonde lady, I would NEVER go back to this store. Absolute trash. Few months ago got a salad and it was half of what it should have been. Gave it a few months before I went back... because of the company's poor response and decided to try the French toast sticks. Completely burnt and no syrup. Made a mobile order. When I arrived they told me they didn?t have containers to put my chili cheese fries and pub fries in. So... they couldn?t give me what I already paid for. They offered to replace with large fries (don?t care for them, that?s why Iordered the fries I did). So my options were to cancel my order through my bank or take food I wouldn?t eat. The general manager amber has HORRIBLE customer service. Accused me of putting a nail in my own food! Told me to bring nail in.... I DID! Sadly she wasn?t there but crew was helpful and returned me my money. Read more
Went here to grab some lunch after visiting the zoo. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I was with a small group of... people. All of our orders were done with in a relatively good time. Had zero issues with the food and the speed it was done. Read more
Went here and wasted $31 for 1 spicy chicken sandwich and 1 number 4. Not only did they not tell us that they didnt have lettuce... they also for the number 4 did not add the pickles that come with it just a singular piece of tomato. If you don't care aboutwasting a bunch of money and not being told if certain ingredients are out of stock then this is the location foryou. Wendy's is better than fast food. It's always tasty and always pretty fast. Love Wendy's the best.
