After waiting in line, this time, for about half an hour in the drive thru, seeing cars order one at a time, then sit at the... window to pick up their food, multiple workers peeking their heads out the back door, someone finally told me they were closed(there were 4 cars behind me in the drive thru). He said he would get the Mgr. A kid came out and again said they were closed.It was 10:10 pm, Google maps says they are open until 11, so I asked about their hours. He said they officially close at 10,but were given permission to close at 9, since they were short staffed. I asked about the cars in front of me that had justgotten food, he denied that happened. So I asked why they didn't have signs to let people know their hours. He replied there aresigns on the door. But since customers aren't allowed in the lobby, how are we to see those signs? I recommended they put thosesigns on the speaker at the drive-thru along with the 2 hand made signs explaining they are short staffed and orders are takinga long time. Might be a better place (as well as correcting their online hours). I hadn't been back here in well over a yeardue to poor service, they've lost my business for good now. Read more
As someone whom worked in fast food industry for multiple restaurants, I don't understand how this location makes any money... considering lobby being closed and their drive through takes well over 5 minutes per car to serve with what it looks like 4people running the spot. How long does it take to pack an order and put it out the window considering that you don't have thelobby to take care of? Besides that. I continue to go back because there isn't another Popeyes close, but the drive thru is slow (I've waited 25 minutes for a... sandwich before) and they seem to always forget part of my order. About 3/5 times I got they will not hand me my drink or put myfries in the bag. I wish another Popeyes would open close so I can just start going there. Read more

This restaurant is gross! Horrible customer service and management! Do not eat here! Multiple people have gotten ill from eating... here. They do not clean the kitchen properly I have a photo to prove it. This was taken by an employee who works there. Read more
Got a spicy chicken combo May15th at 5:30. The spicy chicken sandwich was ok but sloppily put together. I received the most... ridiculously small amount of fries I have ever gotten per size of the bag pictured below. My biscuit was missing and theywere Out of sprite. I have to say that I am so happy I hadn't been in Popeyes for quite sometime however we decided to stop by and we're greeted and... helped by the person who took our order this person was so nice and made us feel special and valued very friendly and kind Ihave no words to express how much this meant to us but I am happy! the food was good absolutely great service and a clean andfriendly environment!
