What a disappointment. I just picked up my order, had to wait about 20 minutes longer than it was supposed to take, which was... fine. But the food wasn't hot. I arrive home to find my full order was not included. Ordered extra cheese, I'm pretty sure thatdidn't happen either. Don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. Read more
Ordered a gluten free with no cheese for my gluten and dairy sensitive and it was burnt and basically everything fell apart bc... it was done too much. This is the worst gluten free pizza we ever ate. The meat even broke in pieces when we would pick it up.Definitely not worth the money we paid. Very disappointed. Read more
I order from here fairly often. I have to wait for my food to be done almost every time, which I don't mind bc I know that... places are understaffed and people can only do so much. This last time though, waited like half an hour. Literally watchedpeople come in (regular and DoorDash or something) get their food while I was waiting. There seemed to be some employee issueshappening so I felt bad for the girl I'm assuming was in charge. After all that, I still wouldn't have been too annoyed if mypizza wasn't lukewarm like it had been made and just sitting while I was waiting. I also had to put my own icing on cinnamonrolls. Arrived at store 10 min. after ordering, pizza was ready but barely Luke warm. Mushroom topping was very sparse, barely... noticeable. I ordered for pickup 45 min. before closing on a Sat. night - maybe part of the problem. Read more
Genuinely the worst fast food experience I?ve had. I?m not sure if the girl at the counter had issues of some sort, but she was... the least helpful person I?ve ever dealt with. I ordered two orders of breadsticks, curbside, to end up having to walk in askingwhere my order was. I was met with a blonde young woman who told me she thinks they were out of breadsticks but she would gocheck for me. She then continued to stand where she was look, flipping through receipts and her server book instead of going tocheck and see if my order needed to be cancelled or not. After having to ask her again to please go check, she finally did andcame back to tell me they had them and they?d be out in about 5 minutes and I can go back to my car. The 5 minutes pass and soonenough, she?s at my car without my order. She proceeds to say her manager lied and they are actually out of breadsticks and thatshe will give me a full refund and a brownie as compensation.. I follow her into the store just for her to go straight to thekitchen, without helping me, and come out minutes later with food to run to a table. I wait and sure enough, still no one ishelping me. I finally ask a different employee to speak to a manager and am met with a man who is ready to cancel my order andgive me a refund, until the blonde girl comes back and says ?(Manager name) says to get her name and phone number and that shewill get a refund when she?s back at work?? I obviously have no choice so I give my name and number and then ask, May I stillget my brownie? To get the response ?No my manager said no?.. Genuinely baffled by this experience and will not step foot backinto that establishment. We?ll see if I even get a refund for the food I never got! Read more
We ordered delivery and got an estimated 60 minute delivery time. After 70 minutes had passed, giving them some grace, we... called. The worker demanded we check out front porch because ?the pizza had been delivered?. We had been outside since the orderwas made; we knew there was no pizza. We were transferred, this new person again demanded we check our front porch. Aftermultiple requests that we get our $45 order, the worker reluctantly told us they could send us out a new order in 45 minutes.Are you kidding me?! To top it off, I got an email asking how our pizza was and here I am writing this review still not havingtasted the pizza from our order because it still isn?t here 1 hour and 40minutes after our order was placed. Great food, great service. Ever since they changed to fresh ingredients some 30-40 years ago, their pizza's are the best for the... money. Also, every pizza hut I visit has the same friendliness, same cleanliness and same great taste. For the money, you can'tbeat them. Read more
I ordered 5 breadsticks 5-qty???? My name is SAM, and he asked how to spell that I knew I was scared then. (Phone Order) Aaron... said it was going to be ready in five minutes. It was about 20 overall, he went in the back did a bunch of jokes that I couldhear to his coworkers left me with the cash register and not knowing what to do with my card. Still stuck in the system.
