Poor attitude and customer service. I shouldn?t have to walk through an employee how to ring up a meal(didnt bother, i left).... Always order ?Double cheese burger meal? was told i could not get it as a meal and have never been questioned on the orderbefore. Just ring it up separate then its fast food not rocket science. No one brought me my food order the worker just yelled out my number. The triple 3 Patty Burger I ordered was very lacking.... Leaving me feeling like I only ordered a hamburger. The fry's was dull. Read more
I went into the lobby and was there 15 min and no one ever came over to greet or acknowledge my presence. Another potential... customer had been waiting longer in lobby and been ahead of me and gave up and left without receiving any service. I finallyordered on the kiosk in the store and when I was 1st acknowledged 30 min after my order I was being handed my food and stillwas not spoken to. It was 9:30 in the evening so the store didnt have a long drive thru line or anything. When we attempted toeat the food that was ordered the sandwhiches were made wrong and there was plastic in one of the sandwiches. I would notrecommend this McDonald's to anyone and I normally love most McDonald's. Beware at this location. Service is poor and the foodwas worse then the service. Read more
The workers in the morning are rude as hell and throw your food down without even having a simple greeting. Oh and they walk... away from you when you talk to them. Talk about great customer service. Read more
