Their customer has been great here so far. I'm not a big fan of their lunch or dinner foods but I do enjoy their breakfast... burritos. The staff is always pleasant and the time from ordering to pulling out of the driveway is typically around 5-8minutes. Read more
The cashiers are really nice, the service is good as well plus the food. It may take a while to get your food but that's fine... because chick Fil a is always packed so can't blame em ???????? Read more
What can I say it's Chick-fil-A. My cheer team came here after doing so service hours to get some food. We went inside and just... ordered online at a table. We took a group picture and one one of the employees joined us and I loved that they did. It feltvery friendly and cared for. We got our food and it was great. Definitely coming back with my team. My husband and I went here around 750 tonight? ordered 2 waffle fries, 2 chicken tender 4 piece, and 2 chicken sandwiches for... $28, I?m eating it now and I am so disappointed! The fries are soggy and overly salted! The chicken tenders are limp and greasy.I don?t even want to finish them. They also forgot to put our chic fil a sauce in the bag. (My husband and I split the 1 thingof fries, that?s why most of them are gone and our kids split the other large order) I just can?t believe for that price this iswhat we got. Read more
Thank God for another Chick-fil-A in our greater Grand Rapids area. Quality food and service as always. Clean & New Location has... a new look with covered drive thru which is a unique option never seen before from other drive thru establishments. HighlyRecommended of course. Read more
The service is always great, my pleasure. Unlike the corrosive attitudes given at other fast food places the service here is... always welcoming! The breakfast items are so good! I also almost always go with the classic chicken sandwich. Depending on whenyou go lines can seem long, but not enough to turn me away. Read more
