I purchased a $74 ham on Christmas Eve and when I hot home I noticed the first few slices were great however after that the... slices were all slithered with fat with meat at the very bottom of the slice. I called the store right away and was told to takepictures and send an email. I never heard anything back so I decided to follow up and was told that I was wrong and all myguests were wrong that the ham was suppose to be like that. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and have never hadthis happen. Please check your ham before leaving the store to make sure it?s not slithered fat ham because you will not get arefund. I ordered two Ham classics my total was 16.09. For the price I would?ve thought that I would get a sandwich with some meat on... it, instead I received 1 thin slice of ham along with three small cut up pieces. For the price, they need to do better. Read more
The ham is always good. As well as the turkey breast. I messed up and ordered the whole Cajun turkey. It was not done. It had... the neck still inside and it was raw. Won?t do it again. Wouldn?t want to make anyone sick with a picture. Read more
Three strikes and you?re out! First bad experience is when I went with my family and we all ordered the sandwich meal that comes... with chips. Well unfortunately, they were out of chips and refused to accommodate us, giving us the excuse that they ?are underdifferent management?, and could not accommodate us like they could?ve under the old management. Second experience was yesterdaywhen I ordered a cobb salad. I didn?t realize that the sticker placed on the container was past the expiration date by a day. Iate the salad, but later that night, felt a little nauseous, didn?t really put two and two together. Today, again?ordered a cobbsalad, but the salad was 5 days passed the expiration date. Against my better judgment, I made the poor decision and ate itsince it looked ok besides condensation on the lid (that was my fault). Now, I sit here sick as a dog. I will never go back!!!!! Went here for lunch on 5/25 around 12 noon. After attempting to order two sides of potato salad, the cashier advised me that... they only had one container of potato salad available. I opted to order a garden salad instead. Upon arriving home, I noticedthat the garden salad had a use by date of the day before, 5/24. Be sure to check your food before you leave. Read more

Food is great but I suggest during the holidays that you not only reserve your dish online but pay too. It helps you avoid the... long line and the possibility of them being out of the items you want. Read more
