We here sitting at the bar the restaurant not crowded. It took the bar tender over 10 minutes to come to the bar. After being... her now for 20 minutes the bar tender finally asked us if we were ready to order . Staff members are standing in the kitchen andeating and drinking. We finally received our drinks. This Fridays is poorly managed. Food sitting at the table behind usemployees just walking pass and not cleaning it up. We use to come here all the time and this has been the worst service ever. Ordered to go. They gave some dry a$$ chicken breast unseasoned with cheese that was rubbery that look like is was melted in the... microwave. No season on the chicken nor fries (when ordered season fries). The worst meal ever. I could have took the $20 Ispent and prepared a better meal. Never again Read more
This the WORST Fridays! I?ve only visited this location once and wasn?t impressed. Which was not a surprise when I ordered from... them through door dash. Each and every time I order they never send what I actually ordered, they send what they want. And thenit?s almost always cold and the food looks like it was cooked 2 days ago. Arrived at 8:03pm sat immediately, after about 15 minutes of not being greeted we were told he was making his way over to us. We... waited an additional 15 minutes absolutely nobody. We were greeted by a new server and told the other one ?just basically left?he shrugged his shoulders and told us he?d help us. For a brief moment we thought we?d finally be taken care of? wrong. Another15 minutes later the drinks were brought out minus our drink from the bar. (We ordered soft drinks) Keep in mind we areliterally standing in a empty restaurant. Our sever isn?t clearly busy helping other tables? nothing. We sat and waited another30 minutes to even receive our appetizer until 8:50. After our long wait for our appetizer to arrive it came out, Lukewarm. Ourfood arrived at the table at 9:02pm and we noticed they were out of buns (pictured below) no apologies nor did anyoneacknowledge they were even out. (No big deal but obviously acknowledge it) I ordered the Cajuns Pasta Absolutely zero flavor. Atthis point my entire table has gone without any drinks. Another table beside us is finally sat, we attempt to grab hisattention considering we haven?t seen him & he didn?t drop the food off other servers did. We asked for sauces and nobody camewith them. Finally our waiter returned to the table and looked at us and asked if we needed anything (clearly looking at a tablethat has zero drinks & hasn?t been prebussed). This entire time I haven?t seen a manager until now, she didn?t even bother tolook at our table or even attempt to greet us and ask how our meal went. The only impressive thing about our stay was the facthe was able to remember our order (a skill I never mastered while serving) The server had a good attitude & was pleasanthowever didn?t have a single ounce of urgency whatsoever, great person however has no business being in customerservice. This place needs a complete makeover from the front of the door to the back door. Staff, management, general management and... owners need to go to the drawing board and figure it out. Or the business will fail. It?s too many competitors with betterservice and food. It was not crowded last night sat at the bar, bartender was not nice she clearly doesn?t like her job and shelet us all know in her service. Listening to the other bartender talk and complain to the manager about customers beingindecisive was a cringing moment. Paying $22 for a bone crusher that spilled all over the bar because they dump a bottle in theglass and leave it there overfilled was laughable. My waiter DJ was great! He was more than willing to answer my questions regarding vegan options on the Menu. I got the green... bean fries and the whiskey glaze burger but I subbed the meat patty for a beyond burger amd asked for no Mayo or cheese. It camewith regular Fries. Soooo amazing!
