Update: Owner is very polite and accommodating. After receiving the Subway survey he reached out to me and offered to remedy the... situation. He also went out of his way to deliver it to my work place. More business owners should care about their businesslike he does. Past- I don?t ever write reviews, but don?t ever order online from them! If I could give them zero stars fortheir customer service I would. I was charged for an entire meal, then they forgot to give them to me. Ok, mistakes happened, soI called that day and told them. I was told that I could pick them up at any day or time. So I came in the next day after workto pick them up. BUT now I?m told that they won?t give them to me because I could have picked them up yesterday! When I was toldthat I could even be credited those chips or just pick them up any day. The late night crew were so not helpful and rude. If Icould have picked them up I would have but I got off of work late. So do your self a favor and don?t order from here. Read more
