I would not recommend coming to this store unless you want to wait many minutes beyond your pick up time, watch the employees... giggle with each other for minutes all while not making smoothies, watch an employee eat on the outside of the counter and thenrestock the napkins without washing her hands. It?s been a different experience for the past few weeks at this Smoothie King. I don?t write reviews very often, but I felt that... such an egregious turn of events warranted this review. Ever since Andrew?s employment here ceased, my overall experience hastaken a downturn. The smoothies have decreased in quality, the bathroom is in a state that I would rather not speak on, andcustomer service has taken a turn without seeing Andrew?s face. I think this will be my last visit to Smoothie King for a while,I need some time to sort out what I really want from this relationship. I went to this location on 4/30/2021 @ 7:44 pm? and the only girl working , threw the remainder of my smoothie away, because... there were no ?sample cups? available? really? All other Smoothie Kings provide samples cups. Y?all need to do better. Stopcheating people. Overall, staff members have a decent attitudes though. But can?t give 5 stars. Read more
Worst Smoothie King that I've ever been to. Walked in this morning along with 3-4 other people this morning only to be told... they were completely out of fruit and have been awaiting a shipment, no smoothies to be made. I then proceeded to ask about themeal replacement/protein bars to have in lieu of the shake because all of the shelves were empty as well. All customers thatarrived to the store this morning left with a sour taste in their mouth. Whats the point of being open for business if you havenothing to offer customers? This place wont last long. So a friend told me about smoothies king, the nearest one is in Waldorf about 9.5 miles from my home. I was greeted with... pleasantries, the staff were very helpful and patient. I got the Coffee HI protein vanilla and Caribbean way strawberry bananasmoothies both were good I'll definitely order again. Read more
The service is always excellent at this store and the employees are great. The smoothies are very good.
