Our server Mark was on it. He was by himself but still he took great care of my family. Also, he gave us best option to... maximize our order and still not spend a lot. My only complaint is the bottomless fries. They are either cold or poorly warmedover. Do better Red Robin. Take pride in your work and food like Mark takes for his job. Read more

We visited on Monday, which is a very slow night. Even though we called ahead, we had to wait 20 minutes. The place was... practically empty. The floor was sticky and we had to wipe our rables down before sitting down. They were very short-staffed.The one waiter was doing everything to keep up with things. I looked at the cooks and some of them didn't have on protectivegear on their heads. I was very disappointed all around. I know that it has to do with the overall climate in the serviceindustry. Great service. Waiter was on top of things. I believe his name was Adam. He talked real fast but he still brought out... everything correctly. He was running the front tables and the bar. I was impressed. And the burgers, delicious as usual, witda hot fries and milkshake. Always an affordable favorite! Read more

Edit: In response to the person who handles guest service relations: No, I'm not interested in reaching out to your management... team. I'm not looking for free services to compensate for my poor experience because I cannot take that time and frustrationback. Your time is better invested to educate your team to understand what it means to have a sense of urgency. My husband andI just left Red Robin in Waldorf today after sitting at table 65 for 15 minutes. We were seated fairly quick and our server tookour drink order pretty quick: 1 coke and 1 Poppin Purple Lemonade. However, she never returned. She was congregating in a cornersocializing with 4 other employees. When she left the group, we thought she was going to grab my Lemonade from the bar. Instead,she turned into the kitchen to take care of another table in which she apologized to them about the wait. My husband and Idecided to pay for our drinks and leave. However, we paid over $8 for two non-alcoholic drinks in which we did not receive one.We walked by the bar, and my drink was sitting at the service bar dying which meant our server never checked on our drinks. Iasked another employee out of frustration for my drink to go since it was paid for. My frustration is not towards the employees,but the disappointment in lack of attentiveness and guest services in the team which brings up the question: Where ismanagement? Shouldn?t they be present on the floor and touching tables? I don?t expect 5 star services, but basic guest servicesshould be met. If the staff don?t have a sense of urgency, there is a lack of management presence. Read more

The chicken wings were good but not fully grown. Surprisingly, the sweet potato and garlic fries were not seasoned and did not... taste good. The meat lovers, thin crusty pizza was delicious. Waitress was attentive. Read more

After getting haircuts my husband and I decided to go to Red Robin for the first time in about a decade. We had a wonderful... time. It was busy because of the holiday weekend but we decided to sit at the bar because the receipts there and we didn't wantto wait; and we wanted to have some drinks. It was a terrific experience. Our waitress was fantastic, the food was perfect and Ican't remember why it took me so long to go back to a red robin. Read more

The service was not spectacular. Seemed our server was new, she seemed inexperienced. We first ordered drinks all 7 water no... lemon, 3 shakes and a sweet tea. The drinks arrived 5 mns after our appetizers arrived after we reminded her about water. Mycaramel shake with bacon arrived without the bacon ????, and my colleagues chocolate oreo was straight chocolate shake smh. Wethen got our burgers and sides and had to ask for utensils for broccoli and salad sides. ???? Asides from that the food tastedfine. Read more
