Staff is friendly. The management works just as hard. The wait is an issue, they have always had a long wait time. The food is... always on point, hot fresh, and in nice portions. Pack your patience for the wait, but otherwise, this should be a niceexperience for hot seafood. My mother is a fan, so I took her for her June birthday, all smiles! My husband ordered Red Lobster for me today, the Lobster Lover's Dream meal,the lobster tails is spoiled ,rancid,call the... Waldorf,Maryland location asked to speak to the Manager, the young lady was very rude,and loud stated she was the manager butdid not want to give me her name. My husband took the phone asking for the Manager, she told him she is the Manager her name isTaniera,not sure how or if she truly is the manager but she is in the wrong position to manage a store,it shows with thespoiled lobster tails. The real store manager ,general manager, district manager needs to get the Waldorf, Maryland locationtogether, we will never eat there again, your not worthy of our hard earned money. Read more

We requested our favorite server, Cedric, who did an outstanding job. He was friendly, humorous and efficient, Cedric made us... all feel comfortable and at home. His service was above and beyond the call of duty, taking a picture of the group and quicklyresponding to my requests for honey and creamer for my tea, extra plates and a large knife to cut the birthday cake and otherservices. Cedric talked to my wife, sharing birthday wishes and asking about the great grandchildren. He should be a trainer fornew servers. The manager visited our table and made us feel welcome.
